Physical works
Paper, aluminium, canvas and framing can be discussed. Availability, price, print suitability and delivery time are confirmed in a quotation before production.
A proof before production
A screen preview cannot guarantee the colour or texture of a physical print. Large works need a print quality review and proof approval.
Personal photographs
Your atelier photograph is sent to OpenAI for image creation. Your finished creation is stored privately and remains available under My purchases in this browser. Your approval on screen approves the image preview; it does not place an order.

Colour & material, considered.
We stand behind the quality of every Formavelle creation.
Screen colours are indicative. Paper, finish and lighting affect the appearance of colour. Small differences between a screen preview and the finished product may occur.
If a precise shade matters, ask for a physical colour or material sample before production. The displayed product price includes the selected options.
Your approval of a digital proof confirms the design, crop and text; it does not guarantee an exact print colour. Agreed specifications and the approved proof are recorded with your order.
If the delivered product is faulty or differs from the agreed specifications, contact our atelier so we can assess it and offer an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
Personalisation & returns
Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory cooling-off period. We explain any applicable exception before purchase. Choosing a standard size or one of our existing designs does not by itself remove that right. Rights concerning a faulty product remain applicable.
